Putting a face on public policy.

In southern Minnesota’s farm country, a handful of veterinarians were caring for farm populations of livestocks that had grown to the millions. Was there a shortage of trained vets? Or were alarmists looking at modern agriculture through a romantic gauze that equated modern vets with the country doc of our grandparents’ generation?
